There is a common concern among all the development workers of our society to support the people affected with HIV/AIDS.PSM also joined hands with this stream to ensure support to the children affected with HIV/AIDS in our District. This activity is being implemented with the kind support of Clinton Foundation.

Children numbering 120 identified from across the District have been mobilized for necessary testing and have been supported with medicines and nutritional support. This activity is implemented in coordination with the NGOs, social activists and CBOs working with the effected and for the effected. Apart from medicine and nutrition parents of CLHAs being counseled to overcome the social stigma

Health camp Program

PSM  organized these program in khammam rural mandal, therdhala jathara in that program we  conducted  health  checkups and  free  medicines for 500 members.

Sero-Discordant Couples Program

PSM organized HIV/AIDS awareness campaign in the red light areas of khammam rural areas advising the sex workers to utilize prevention methods like using condoms for restricting HIV/AIDS and other such diseases. We provide nutrition food to CLHS’s. PSM educated the public with the diseases, motivated the people of the above said places to use condoms in the natural settings of their physical needs.
